All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of England and Wales. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Booking Policy

The aim of our policy is to strengthen the commitment between the participant and the school and ensure fair treatment for all parties.

We offer the same policy for everyone with no exceptions. Please make sure you have read and understood this policy before you book, and that you are comfortable with the agreement.

Refunds & Cancellations

For private 1-to-1 sessions we require 48 hours notice for any change or cancellation, otherwise the full fee is payable.

We do not offer refunds for courses booked with us, except in the following cases only:

In the case of a medical emergency or serious sudden illness we will consider, at our discretion, a transfer of your booking to another date. In this case we require a medical certificate from a surgeon or doctor. This exception does not apply to pre-existing, ongoing medical issues.

If a course, session or event that you have booked with us is delayed, made inadvisable, made commercially impracticable, made illegal, or made impossible to perform, by the occurrence of an unforeseeable act or event which is beyond the reasonable control of Dancing Serpent Mystery School, we shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of our obligations to deliver the event. In such a case, we cannot offer you any refunds. We will, however, offer you a new date for your booking as soon as it is feasible to do so.

Acts or events constituting Force Majeure include (but are not limited to) acts of God, major natural disasters, wars, major political unrest, disease, pandemics and epidemics, government intervention, directives or policies, and other circumstances beyond Dancing Serpent Mystery School’s control.

If a course, session or event does not run due to having insufficient participants, we will provide a full refund.

Please be aware that we do not give any refunds on travel costs incurred. We strongly advise that you purchase tickets to travel that are refundable or flexible, and/or obtain the relevant travel insurance.

Unless otherwise stated, DANCING SERPENT MYSTERY SCHOOL and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on DANCING SERPENT MYSTERY SCHOOL. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view and/or print pages from https://mywellnessbusiness.com for your own personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
